Constantine is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and development of Chartright’s aircraft Maintenance Department, and is also responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of Chartright’s FBOs. Bringing over 15 years of experience in managing and improving business processes using proven methodologies, and having previously served as Chartright’s Director of IT for over 5 years, Constantine has implemented company-wide business process improvements, value added services, and a continuous improvement program; and continues implementing similar programs and bringing transformational change to Chartright’s Maintenance Department and FBOs to deliver value to clients through efficient, effective, and quality services.
Wilson is responsible for directing the day to day operation of Chartright’s engineering team. His responsibilities include: longterm aircraft inspection planning, daily workflow distribution, oversight of quality assurance, and the direction of production managers. Wilson is actively involved in the monitoring of engineering work performed to ensure Chartright delivers results that are effective, efficient, with zero compromise to safety.
Phil is an AME M1 M2 with over 45 years of experience. He spent many years of his career as a corporate flight mechanic flying worldwide. Phil has held Director of Maintenance positions at several Canadian corporate flight departments. His experience allows him to maintain a variety of aircraft in the Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft, Learjet, and Citation families. Phil creates and maintains Chartright’s Minimum Equipment Lists as well as mentoring for AME’s and apprentices under his supervision.
Kosta is the Production Manager who oversees the Engineering Department’s day-to-day maintenance activities for the Bombardier fleet. His responsibilities include ensuring the servicing and repair of aircraft are performed in accordance with required standards, daily review of short- and long-term maintenance requirements, updating aircraft status with the Operations Department, and managing and coordinating scheduled and AOG maintenance. He is directly involved with scheduling maintenance within the time constraints required, oversight and coordination of engineers, and apprentices, in addition to coordinating with the Parts Department for procurement of required parts.
