Chartright’s roots in aviation run deep. Our management team encompasses a unique blend of experience in aircraft management and maintenance, air charter management, commercial aviation, and business operations. Many members of our team have years of experience in the aviation industry as managers, flight crew, and aircraft maintenance engineers.

Executive Management Team

Adam is an Airline Transport licensed pilot with an MBA and over 30 years’ experience working in the aviation industry. Adam has collected experience in a very broad range of aviation positions and has an excellent track-record assembling successful, service-oriented management teams. In his role as President of Chartright Air Group, Adam is responsible for strategic market development and client relations as well as the overall direction of the senior management group.

Robert is responsible for regulatory compliance, operational standards and cabin safety. A former pilot, Robert has over 40 years of aviation experience. He has held senior positions in all sectors of the industry including corporate charter, aircraft management and scheduled services.

Brenda is an accomplished executive with over 20 years served in business aviation.  She heads Chartright’s finance and information technology teams and is intimately involved in the strategic vision, planning and development of proprietary systems.

David is a problem solver, brand builder, and business strategy professional with leadership experience in all facets of professional management. From the challenges of restructuring and economic forces, to the privilege of exceeding investor’s objectives, David’s leadership approach is supportive and his will is to exceed expectations. David brings a multitude of diverse skills to Chartright. Throughout his career he has gained a reputation for identifying key opportunities and applying unique creativity to projects to achieve impressive bottom line results. David has an MBA and is a licensed commercial pilot.

Constantine is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and development of Chartright’s aircraft Maintenance Department, and is also responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of Chartright’s FBOs.  Bringing over 15 years of experience in managing and improving business processes using proven methodologies, and having previously served as Chartright’s Director of IT for over 5 years, Constantine has implemented  company-wide business process improvements, value added services, and a continuous improvement program; and continues implementing similar programs and bringing transformational change to Chartright’s Maintenance Department and FBOs to deliver value to clients through efficient, effective, and quality services.

    Brenda is an accomplished executive with over 20 years served in business aviation.  She heads Chartright’s finance and information technology teams and is intimately involved in the strategic vision, planning and development of proprietary systems.

    David is a problem solver, brand builder, and business strategy professional with leadership experience in all facets of professional management.     Chief Pilot

    Andrew has been working in the aviation industry for over 17 years. He started his career off as a float pilot and later completed the transition to flying corporate aircraft in 2004. Since then he has gained experience flying all over North America and Europe. During his time in corporate aviation, he has been involved as a Safety Officer, and has also had the opportunity to function as Assistant Chief Pilot before being offered the Chief Pilot position at Chartright. His experience, continuous perseverance and passion for aviation help to guide his supportive leadership approach.

  • Michael Gabriele

    Director of Information Technology

    With 15 years of systems analysis, application design, operations management and a business acumen, Michael has applied his diverse background and skill set to elevate IT infrastructure and systems integration at Chartright.  Overseeing the IT team, Michael is responsible for the technological decisions that ensure Chartright Air Group is a world leader in business aviation today and into the future.

Cathy is a sales and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in aviation. She is responsible for seeking out new opportunities for aircraft management, charters, aircraft maintenance, and FBO services, and managing Chartright’s brand image, website, marketing, and promotional materials. Passionate about aviation, Cathy believes in building strong, long-lasting relationships and delivering customer service excellence.  She has an MBA with specializations in Marketing and International Business.

Robert is the New Business Development Manager at Chartright and has nearly 20 years experience in aviation.  He began his aviation career with a leasing company where he launched the flight department, organized charter services, and grew the fleet from one Pilatus to three and added a Citation Bravo.  He later became the co-founder and president of an aviation management and aircraft charter services company in Toronto.  Robert is a passionate and relationship-driven individual. He excels in creating lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, friends, and family.

Justin is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the day-to-day operations, as well as customer relations, at Chartright’s bases located across Western Canada. With over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, Justin’s background has provided him with exposure to many different areas within corporate aviation, including: Flight Coordination, Special Projects Administrator, Charter Sales/Charters Sale Supervisor, and now in his current roll as General Manager – Western Canada.

As the Manager of Charter Sales, Graham oversees the day-to-day management of all charter operations. With over 10 years of experience in Aviation, Graham’s operational expertise allow him to identify charter opportunities effectively. He began his aviation career working in Canada’s far north as a licensed flight dispatcher. He possesses a supportive leadership approach. Graham is resourceful, driven and passionate about aviation.

    Director of Sales & Marketing

    Cathy is a sales and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in aviation. She is responsible for seeking out new opportunities for aircraft management, charters, aircraft maintenance, and FBO services, and managing Chartright’s brand image, website, marketing, and promotional materials. Passionate about aviation, Cathy believes in building strong, long-lasting relationships and delivering customer service excellence.  She has an MBA with specializations in Marketing and International Business.

    Business Project Manager

    Charter Sales

    As the Manager of Charter Sales, Graham oversees the day-to-day management of all charter operations. With over 10 years of experience in Aviation, Graham’s operational expertise allow him to identify charter opportunities effectively. Wilson is responsible for directing the day to day operation of Chartright’s engineering team. His responsibilities include: longterm aircraft inspection planning, daily workflow distribution, oversight of quality assurance, and the direction of production managers. Wilson is actively involved in the monitoring of engineering work performed to ensure Chartright delivers results that are effective, efficient, with zero compromise to safety.

Phil is an AME M1 M2 with over 45 years of experience. He spent many years of his career as a corporate flight mechanic flying worldwide. Phil has  held Director of Maintenance positions at several Canadian  corporate flight departments. His experience allows him to maintain a variety of aircraft in the Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft, Learjet, and Citation families. Phil  creates and maintains Chartright’s Minimum Equipment Lists as well as mentoring for AME’s and apprentices under his supervision.

Kosta is the Production Manager who oversees the Engineering Department’s day-to-day maintenance activities for the Bombardier fleet. His responsibilities include ensuring the servicing and repair of aircraft are performed in accordance with required standards, daily review of short- and long-term maintenance requirements, updating aircraft status with the Operations Department, and managing and coordinating scheduled and AOG maintenance.  He is directly involved with scheduling maintenance within the time constraints required, oversight and coordination of engineers, and apprentices, in addition to coordinating with the Parts Department for procurement of required parts.

    Production Manager

He has been in aviation since 2001, and has worked all over the world in many different sectors including oil and gas, search and rescue, utility and corporate transport. HIs diverse experience allows him to accommodate many different needs operators are seeking.

    Sean began his career in aviation with the military in 1991, where, upon completion of his training, he flew the military Bell 412 (Griffon) in support of Army Operations.  In the military, he enjoyed several peace-keeping and humanitarian deployments, worked as an instructor and standards pilot, and retired as a Major after a 20-year career.  He made the transition to corporate civilian aviation in 2013 and was recruited by Chartright to become their rotary Chief Pilot in 2014.  He is responsible for oversight and execution of rotary operations.

    Paul is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements for the company’s flight operation. With a degree in Commercial Aviation Management, Paul began his career in aviation in 2011 as a flight instructor. He enforces strong working knowledge in regulations of various governing authorities and implements decisions to meet the regulations and the company’s objectives.

    FBO Manager (CYKF)

    As the FBO Manager for Chartright, Peter is responsible for the day-to-day operation of aircraft movement and activities of aircraft operating at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. Peter is committed to providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of Chartright’s clients. Peter has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry with many of those years serving as a commercial airline General Manager in various cities throughout Canada and the United States.

  • Angeline Ram

    SMS Manager

    Angeline is responsible for management the company’s Safety Management System and Audit Program.  With over 13 years of industry experience, Angeline is currently completing her MSC in Air Transport Management.  She has an expanse of global aviation experience with numerous positons ranging from inflight to quality assurance.  With a proven track record of producing measurable results, Angeline understands the importance of safety to the business of aviation. She combines proactive, reactive and predictive means of identifying and managing risks, while focusing on continuous improvement.

As the FBO Manager for Chartright, Peter is responsible for the day-to-day operation of aircraft movement and activities of aircraft operating at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. Edvin oversees the day to day financial transactions and financial responsibilities of Chartright. This includes accounting procedures and strategies that support Chartright’s corporate objectives. Edvin has over 15 years’ experience in accounting and finance as well as international experience.

Allan has over 20 years of experience in Canadian Aviation performing in a number of roles ranging from flight operations to human resources and holds the designation of CHRL.  As the Human Resources Manager at Chartright, Allan oversees all aspects of the department inclusive of recruitment, payroll and benefits administration.

    Human Resources Manager

    Allan has over 20 years of experience in Canadian Aviation performing in a number of roles ranging from flight operations to human resources and holds the designation of CHRL.  As the Human Resources Manager at Chartright, Allan oversees all aspects of the department inclusive of recruitment, payroll and benefits administration.
